FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Pawpi today?

Pawpi for iPhone is available on the App Store. Android is in Google Play review, and the web app is not open to the public yet. You must be 14 or older to join. When invitation-only access is enabled, join with an invitation to use maps and cards.

Can I make a card of my own dog or cat?

Yes. Make a private personal card for your pet, or an Outside card for a street animal. Use a real photo you took or have permission to use. Automatic Outside publication requires your consent and safety conditions.

Where does the care share go?

For a card with active Care, 35% of the settlement basis goes to that animal’s Care and 10% to Shared Care. Without active Care, 45% goes to Shared Care. The rest is 50% operations and 5% risk reserve. Participation shown after collecting is separate from settled money; test purchases are not real care funds. Care operations and cash payouts are not open yet.

Does collecting guarantee rescue or treatment?

No. A card or purchase never guarantees a rescue or treatment outcome. Only approved Care cases and verified expenses will be shown as care records.

Does a card represent ownership of an animal?

No. A card is a digital collectible record of an encounter. It grants no animal ownership, investment right, or right to income.

Will precise locations be public?

No. Open Field uses only safe approximate areas, while My Map records stay private.

Is Pawpi an emergency rescue service?

No. For immediate danger, contact local emergency, animal-welfare, or veterinary services first. Safety reports and general questions can be sent to support@oinng.com.
