Collect to care
Incentives point toward animal welfare—never away from it.
Collectors do not receive care-pool dividends. Cash rewards attach only to verified contributions such as first finding, rescue, transport, and foster care.

Public maps use safe areas; precise access is limited by role, time, reason, and audit logs.
