Request In The App
In Pawpi, open Settings → Account and sign-in → Account deletion. Review what is deleted and what may be retained, then type DELETE from the signed-in account.
After receipt, Pawpi immediately disables push devices and notification subscriptions for the account. You can view processing status in the app.
Request On The Web Or By Email
If you cannot use the app, email support@oinng.com from the account email with the subject ‘Pawpi account deletion request.’ Requests from another address require additional account-protection checks.
Never email a password, sign-in link, full payment-card number, source identity document, or exact animal location.
Deletion And Anonymization Targets
Profile photos, display names, handles, bios, notification preferences, push connections, and ordinary account data are deletion or anonymization targets. Public profile and new sign-in access may be restricted during processing.
Issued-card numbers and permanent Creator signatures, transactions, and audit history may be preserved in de-identified or restricted form to protect other users' rights and ledger integrity.
Records That May Be Retained
Payment, refund, chargeback, and payout ledgers; KYC provider records; safety reports; exact-location access audits; First Finder claims; and abuse-prevention records may be retained where needed for law, tax, platforms, disputes, or animal safety.
Retention scope and duration depend on country and record type. Pawpi deletes or de-identifies records when their purpose ends and will finalize jurisdiction-specific schedules through legal review before broad public launch.
