How Purchases Work Today
Pawpi purchased in the app is a non-cash digital entitlement for card creation or collection. Earlier policies also call this a Card Pass. Available products and prices are shown in the app and store before purchase.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. This website does not offer web checkout.
Request A Refund
Check the order in the store where you paid, then use its official refund route below. Eligibility and timing depend on the transaction, region and store policy. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Pawpi verifies refund, cancellation, and chargeback events server-side and reverses the related paid ledger unit. The same provider event is applied only once.
Charged But Missing Your Balance?
Before purchasing again, use Check previous purchases or purchase restore in the app while signed in to the same store and Pawpi accounts used for the purchase. This checks verified purchases that have not been applied; it does not start a new payment or reissue already-used entitlements.
If the issue continues, or you see a duplicate charge, wrong product or unauthorized purchase, contact support@pawpi.ai. Include only your account email, store order ID and approximate purchase time. Never send a full payment-card number or password.
Used Card Passes And Cards
If a store refunds or charges back a consumed purchase, the paid unit is reversed in the ledger. Issued card serials and audit history are never deleted or reused; the entitlement may become void or restricted.
When a service error prevents card completion, Pawpi first recovers the same request without another debit. Pawpi does not trigger an automatic repurchase or issue an off-platform cash refund.
Only If You Have A Web-Payment Record
This guidance applies only if you have a record of a separately offered Stripe web Checkout transaction. It does not mean web checkout is currently available. Web Checkout purchases a Card Pass, not a card, and payment alone does not generate a card.
A success or cancellation return does not confirm a grant. Pawpi first verifies the account-bound payment and ledger event. If a grant is missing or billing appears duplicated, do not pay again; send the receipt reference and approximate time to support@pawpi.ai.
