Core Providers Currently Used
Microsoft Azure: app and API hosting, databases, private photo and card-file storage, service email, and operational logs.
OpenAI: user-requested AI card-image generation and automated review. Submitted photos, generation instructions, outputs, and minimal failure or retry data may be processed.
Google: maps and area labels through Google Maps and Geocoding, push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google sign-in when selected. Firebase Analytics processes limited product-usage steps and Firebase Crashlytics processes error diagnostics only when the user separately enables them. Pawpi reduces public-label lookup coordinates to three decimal places before sending them.
Providers Used Only When A Feature Is Chosen Or Enabled
Apple and Google app stores: account, installation, receipt, restore, and refund information under the applicable store policy when a user installs the app or uses in-app billing.
Stripe: transaction or verification information only when an approved Pawpi web-payment, identity, or payout feature is enabled and the user chooses it. This document does not activate Stripe live payments, cash payouts, or marketplace functions.
Before a new KYC, payout, advertising, or support provider is enabled, Pawpi reviews the notice, data scope, retention, international processing, and required user consent and updates this list.
Sharing Principles
Pawpi sends providers only information needed to deliver the relevant service and reviews provider accounts, contracts, security settings, and retention. Pawpi does not sell provider access to Pawpi data for the provider's own advertising.
Exact location, source photos, payment information, and identity status use separate purpose and access boundaries. Owning a card never grants exact-location or Care access.
