Public Map
Public maps and cards show only broad area labels and approximate locations. Never post exact feeding, shelter, trapping, or resting coordinates in public content or messages.
Coordinates used for a moving public-area label are reduced server-side to an approximately 110 m cell before a provider lookup. The resulting label is not a rescue-site coordinate.
Exact-Location Access
Exact location must be bound to a verified Care role, operator approval, the specific case, and a short expiry. Buying or owning a card never grants exact-location access.
The app clears coordinates when backgrounded or when access expires or is revoked, rechecks server authority immediately before opening an external map, and audits every read.
Safety Reports
Report location exposure, stalking, abuse, poison, or illegal traps in the app. KYC is not required, and evidence and coordinates are reviewed only by operators.
